Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on location:
• Within Pakistan: 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be available on orders exceeding a specified amount (check promotional offers).
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Address & Delivery Issues

• Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
• If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
