Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

2. Parcel Opening Policy

  • We provide the Allow to open and check your parcel in front of the courier company at the time of delivery.

  • Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product at that time.

3. Damage & Claims

  • If the product is found damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, you can immediately report it and request a return.

  • After accepting the parcel and the courier has left, any claims of damage will not be accepted.

4. Rust Policy

  • In case you receive a product with rust, you are eligible for a return or replacement within the 3-day return period.

  • Proof (images/video) may be required for verification.

5. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Damage is reported after the courier has left and the parcel was not checked at delivery time.

6. Return Process

7. Refunds
